Photos of the Month Cub Scouts from Pack 8, Texarkana, Arkansas held the 2010 Raingutter Regatta Race on April 26th at Sugarhill United Methodist Church. The boys competed fiercely and there were some very close races, but Charla Campbell’s son, Beau, took top honors.
